It has been extraordinary on your part that you could complete one year in this chaotic organization so full of politics, in-fighting, groupism but you will surely agree that the quality of deliverables (including yours) from OUR organization have mostly been excellent.

You have been confirmed because you weathered the storm successfully. There is no need to remind you how much our organization has grown in the last one year and how many bright and motivated persons have joined us.
